Getting Drumstick:

To get the extra character Drumstick Collect all the pieces of the TT amulet. When this is done, drive down to the waters edge and look for a frog with a red mohawk! Run him over and Drumstick will be available from the character select screen. His skill ratings are as follows. Speed -very fast, acceleration - OK, handling - depends on the skill of the player!

Getting TT:

Beat TT on every track in time challenge, and also Adventures one and two.

Turbo:

There are various ways to use speed boosts but the best is as follows.
Just before you arrive at the speed boost release the accelerator button. Do not press it again until grey/black smoke comes out the back of your craft.

Super Turbo:

To get an even bigger boost of speed use the above technique, with this slight difference. Pick up either one, two or three speed balloons (Blue). Follow the above instrutions but instead activate the speed balloons when the smoke turns grey/black and do not press the accelerator until this next super turbo turns the smoke grey/black.
PLEASE NOTE: On multiplayer games the smoke is not shown, so the player has to get to know the 'feel' of when to activate the speed balloons and press the acelerator. A good marker is on the first track, when approaching the last speed boost follow these tips, you should activate the boalloons or press the accelerator just as you go over the line. If using the speed balloons you should shoot up the straight OVER the balloons and well on to the grass. TIMING IS EVERYTHING...

Turbo Start:

Just as the words Get Ready disappear press the accelerator. If the flame is silver/blue you have done this correctly.
